The slideshow below is actually a set of photos of the same house, taken by 2 different people. ONe - a real estate agent, the other . . . . ME! The agent who hired me to photograph this house ended up, unfortunately, losing this listing to another agent. She decided to take her own photos of this house.
Although it's unfortunate that the homeowner switched agents, at least this situation presented me with an opportunity to demonstrate WHY LYNCHBURG HOME SELLERS AND REAL ESTATE AGENTS SHOULD BE USING A PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHER! Here's the result-and I sure hope you can tell which ones are mine . . .
Frankly, It boggles my mind that any homeowner/seller would accept such poor photos of their house from their realtor. But that's another subject for another day . . .
